I’m going to replace a rotting, wood, door threshold. I made a mold, so what type of concrete should I use?

PR,
How big was the wooden item you are replacing? If not over 2" thick, you will need a concrete with 3/8" aggregate maximum, mixed only wet enough to consolidate with vigorous agitation. I am a big fan of latex admix on projects like this. You can also color it with concrete pigments, if you don't want the gray look.
If this will bear on wood, then it surely needs steel reinforcement. If it will be mortared in over concrete or masonry (fully supported), you'll only need to add enough steel to keep it together while you handle it.
Whatever else you do, plan on letting it damp-cure in the form at least a week prior to installation. Once in place, it will be subject to wear, and will be harder to damp-cure.
Hope this helps.
Bill
thanks.
