Hi Guys,
I’m new here and was wondering if any of the old pro’s could give me a tip on the best way they found to polish the corian edges. I just installed new countertops in the kitchen of our 4 square ongoing renovation called home. And I’d thought I would check here first, before I wear my elbow out.

Update:
I did profile the edges with my router, then took some simichrome paste and rubbed a little bit. It did bring the edge the same color and look as the new corian, but there are a few marks and scratches that are a little deeper from the bearings that I would like to remove. Any Ideas?

S,
Welcome to BT.
If the edges are not profiled, start with 80 to remove the saw kerfs or router chatter. Work your way up. You really don't start polishing till you get beyond 220. Work your way up till it matches the surface.
Profile wheels are available, but pricey.

I've never needed anything coarser than 120 grit, quickly going to scotchbrites on a quarter-sheet sander. Color dependent on your preferred sheen. Nasty dust.
