I have to make an entertainment center that will fit in a corner. What would be the best way to cut the case? I mean what would be the best way to cut the 45 in the plywood?

Tommy, make a saw guide for your circular saw. Take one piece of 1/2" plywood, 12" x 48", and on top of it screw and glue another piece of 1/2" ply 3-6" x 48". Set it up so the first cut you take with the saw will trim a bit of material off the 12" piece, and you have a zero-clearance saw guide.
Now all you have to do is lay out your parts, clamp the saw guide onto the part, and cut away.
Its so simple, but still a great idea. Thanks for the advice.
