Hello all,
Does anyone know of a good source for a cost plus a fee contract template on the internet or some other source? I need to write one for a customer and it is a form I do not have.
Thanks, Kelley

You will find a really good Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract template inside the The Contractor's Legal Kit: The Complete User-Friendly Legal Guide for Home Builders and Remodelers View Image by Gary Ransone

PS- Still though, you should get some real legal advice to make sure you contract is in compliance with any local laws you have too because the laws on contracts and "home improvement" vary state to state and even county to county sometimes.

I will second Jerrald's recommendation. I just posted about this to bobl in "what should my library contain"
For less than $300 (book and att'y fee) I feel I have a good contract that I can use with confidence.
Thanks for the link gentlemen, is a great help.

You can find a link online for them, but may need a registered member of AIA to purchase them for you .
