I am curious to what percent you try and get for a remodel job if you are billing cost plus. I know it will be specific to area, but just trying to get a general idea. Where I am I have been getting 18-20% on most of my jobs. This is on labor and subcontractor matrerial. My company labor is billed at a seperate rate after the sub labor and material
