Not sure how many here deal with CPO Bosch, but if you don’t you may want to give them a try sometime. I placed an order for a D-handle router base at 3 or 4 oclock on Wednesday and it was at my door by 4:00 on Thursday for only $8 standard shipping.
Thats a pretty good turnaround, especially compared to the likes of some other retailers.
I guess UPS also deserves props in this one…

I've commented on them several times. I second your vote of confidence. Saved lots and got great service. Bought the 4000 table saw, 1587 jigsaw, and a rotozip. terrfic tools all of them!

Hey Boss..All kidding aside,,yeh sure..lol...
for the jig saw. Whattya recommend.
D handle or barrel
cordless or corded.
I'm thinkin cordless which narrows it down to D handle.
18V good?
For some reason I'm thinkin' barrel is more controlable?
Why would one use one over the other and don't say preferance because unless you've used both you wouldn't have a preferance. I've never used the barrel grip but it seems like it'd be easier to control?
corded, cordless,corded,cordless...ugh...I'm so confused.

I've had the barrel grip for a few months now. I'd never go back. I don't miss having a trigger at all, and the barrel grip definitely has better control and balance. . .and what are you doing using a jigsaw if you don't need the control?zak

Thanks..as I thought. Too bad they don't have it cordless...or do they?IMERC secretly owns the Bosch Company

Man- the only cordless things I've got are my drill and impact driver. If I went for saws, I'd get spoiled right quick. And without my wormdrive workout, my right arm might shrivel up and fall off.
I'd better hold out a bit longer.zak

Good place. I've bought reconditioned tools there at a good price.
