I have old house and I would like to change the toilet. Any advise how I can cut the cast iron from inside so I can install the flange.

BTW, see this is your first post, WELCOME
It does not have a flange now?? Why do you need to cut the CI pipe anyway. How is the toilet sealed now?
Grandma's old house had the wax ring right on the CI hub, toilet bolts into the floor, has worked for 100 years. .
Otherwise, 4 inch angle grinder with the guard removed has worked for me cutting pipe internally - even quicker if a worn 1/8" cutoff wheel is used vs. the 1/4" thick normal angle grinder wheels.
