I couldn’t find anywhere on the Wingits site that talked about anchoring to FG stalls using their products. They all appear intended for tile/drywall or tile/CBU walls.
How the hell do you find an old thread on this site now anyway? I get five choices per forum, just the most recent. No way I can see to get to the old…

To see every post in a folder, use the HOME button upper left. That will set the index of forlders. Click on a folder and it will be all the threads in that folder (newest activity threads first. Then you can go page by page using those numbers (at the top right/bottom of page right too.)
Can't help you finding the old threads.
Wingits has changed their product like quite a bit -- cut back on the original line and added cheaper plastic models.
The original stainless models would work down to essentially zero thickness on the wall, so no problem with fiberglass in that regard. Probably the plastic models aren't quite as good in that regard, but the stainless units are still available in a limited variety.
The real issue, of course, is strength. The stainless Wingits qualified to meet ADA specs in a tile-over-drywall situation, and in fiberglass of a specific minimum thickness (precisely what thickness I don't recall). (They explicitly said they did not meet specs in plain drywall, but gave a respectable pull-out number.) From a practical standpoint the Wingits would work in any fiberglass that is thick enough to withstand the tightening force.
One thing I liked about Wingits is their self-sealing property -- once tightened in place they were essentially waterproof, with no additional sealing needed.
