I saw a very old radial arm saw the other day. It had the name Danna James 900 on it. Looks preety rugged.
Anyone ever hear of this company?
I am thinking of offering to buy it since it is not in use.

The Spyder carbide-tipped hole saws cut quickly with a quick-release arbor that makes it easy to remove the core.

I haven't heard of that one you might ask over at knots there are some people there with alot of experience with old machinery.
Otherwise bump.

There's a section over on the Old Woodworking Machines website on Darra-James power tools. http://www.owwm.com/mfgIndex/detail.aspx?id=240
Edit: a quick scan of the information there doesn't seem to turn up anything on radial arm saws. They made other tools like table saws, jigsaws, etc. You could sign up for the forum over there and post a question.
