Per the building department in my
county I attached my deck ledger to the concrete foundation using threaded rod and epoxy. I did a lot of research and followed the directions to the letter.
However, I’m sure there is some of the concrete epoxy on the back of and/or in the rod holes in the ledger. Is this going to cause it to rot out? It’s treated and rated for ground contact.

I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think the epoxy will hurt your ledger.
