"Deck" style roof

I’m interested in finding resources for construction guidelines for what I know to be a deck style roof. The first layer of sheathing (usually T&G) becomes the finished ceiling inside. Then sleepers and foam are laid on top of that, finished by plywood and shingles. Any suggestions for books or back issues of FHB?
