oxalic acid
Another vote for oxalic acid. The stuff works great. It's rarely sold under that name. You need to look at the ingredients. Behr makes one sold at HD called something like Deck Brite.Wear gloves.Scott.

my preferred method is TSP (trisodium phosphate, available in hdwe. or good paint stores) mixed with chlorine bleach.
mix about 1 cup bleach and 4 oz. TSP per gallon of water. If it doesnt clean, I mix it stronger
Scrub with a stiff nylon brush on a pole
Rinse with hose
I myself dont like to use a pressure washer on wood, I think it damages the wood fibers too much.
