Hi all:
First time poster here. I was wondering if anybody knew of a training/certification program for contractors that focuses on building solutions/design for an ageing household. I think I have seen such a program referenced in FHB before, but I can’t think of it right now. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Is this about the occupant ageing instead of the domicile ageing?

Occupant.
I did my first handicap accessible bathroom in the early 90s. I found The Center For Universal Design, a division of North Carolina University, to be extremely helpful. They forwarded a book with design minimums and diagrams.
