Designing one house or many? Toying around or full renderings/prints? For hire or for yourself? Budget?
not really sure at this point i guess i would see how well i make out on the first design. budget wise i am open to spending money if it is worth the jump in price!
See, that's the problem. It's hard to recommend a tool without knowing the need. I use Vectorworks, but I have know idea if it would meet your requirements or exceed them by an extreme amount.
BCLook into "Punch" software, they now have a MAC version. Less than $100.00 bucks. 3D, walk through, and fly over.Chuck Slive, work, build, ...better with wood
Hey - have you tried SketchUp yet?Pretty simplistic, but it has an extremely interface and can create some pretty kick #### architectural renderings.
Yeah - budget is the big factor.
I use Archicad. Designed for Mac and PC.
Google SketchUp. The standard version is free.
