I want to redo the counter flashing on my house. It is aluminum now but I have some copper sheeting I’d like to use. Can I go over the existing aluminum with copper? If not can I coat the aluminum with something first to prevent galvanic reaction?

Sorry Rich, copper and aluminum don't go together. Any reason you can't remove the aluminum?
