Do I seal 4″ gutter drain connections?
I am burying 4″ corrugated for future gutter drains and want to know if I should seal the Tee’s, the elbows, the adapters, etc. before burial? Thanks, Amax/N. Ga.

Sure.
You don't have to be anal about it. A drip here and there won't hurt. If there is no local approved sealing system available, you could use Peal and Stick I&W Shield tape.

Personally I like the rigid perforated pipe with the bell ends better than the corrugated stuff. Less risk of having a dip where water can pool and water flows better over a smooth surface.
Well, these are gutter drains so they aren't perforated. I used sched 35 PVC Bell end, except under the drives.SamT
I just buried some corrugated pipe for my sump pump. I left the connections unsealed except for the connections near the house. For those connections I used........Gorilla brand duct tape.
