I know PT sill plates are used alot, but I guess water could wick into the plate and wet the ends of the attaching studs?
I’m replacing the sills and lower 1-2 feets of an outbuilding built on a slab. North side doesn’t seem to dry that well, and the wall is about 2 inches from the slab edge.. Wondering if I should use PT to sister to lower part of studs, or just use normal lumber. Will also replace lower 1-2 feets of sheating with PT ply, or maybe wrap OSB with tyvek to completely cover the bottom edge (which ever is cheaper).

Yep. Water wicks through wood, PT lumber is wood, therefore ...
The difference is that the PT is rot and insect resistant.
I'm sorry, I thought you wanted it done the right way.
isn't that the point of sil-seal, keep water from getting to the plate?
How about building a short wall, a couple of courses high, and build with wood on top of that?
Yeah, thinking about that too.. a little more work... might actually be cheaper.. Would probably install vertical rebar every few blocks and fill with concrete..
