What are everyone’s methods for doing drip edge corners and overlapping two pieces of drip edge to make a clean and handsome looking final product?
On most of my overlaps, the piece that gets put on top (the second piece to go in) flares out and does not sit tightly against the first piece.
Also, on corners I am having a hard time getting a clean corner when cutting the top and bending it around the corner because it tends to want to tear a bit a leave an ugly hole.

For the over laps I use my hammer handle to tap the pieces snugly together, hold tight with my hand and put a nail in it.. Not invisible but hard to see from a few feet away. Typically on outside corners I cut the eve piece square and the proper angle on the rake piece leaving it just a tiny bit too long. You could give the corners more attention but it's a pretty small detail.
