A client asked me to remove a rotted out planter box situated at ans inside corner at the exterior of her house. The entire house is done in DRIVIT as was the planter.
Removing the planter has left two areas totallin less than 50 sq. ft. that needs to have a finished surface installed to match the rest of the house. The finish has also been painted over.
I am not meeting with much success with finding a contractor at all let alone one willing to do a small repair. I have been in touch with the distributor and their rep. He promised to put me in contact with a qualified contractor, but has not come through.
I believe that I can do this. Can anyone point me in the direction of some method of installation information? I am assuming at this point that I can purchase this material from the distributor. Has anyone here any experience or perhaps even know of someone who can do this for me.
I am in Putnam County, NY.
Thanks,
Eric

Imer,
Thanks for all the effort, I'll look through it soon.

Nuff said there, I wouldn't put this stuff on my own house if some paid me........yyeecckk!
The planter had a sprinkler in it, wasn't framed with PT, the al.cap around it was deteriorating and it was directly underneath the low corner of the flat roof above. It was built on a footing and block, with a copper tray inserted in it for the plants.
There are two others that seem ok at the moment but we'll see.
You should see this place though......on a penninsula jutting out in a lake......can't begin to decribe it, couple of the rooms have been in AD. One end of the house has windows at two corners with 90 deg. bends in the insulated glass. She wouldn't tell me how much they cost, only that mitred ones would have saved alot of green.
Thanks again,
