Morning All,
I am trying to come up with some similar to low-voltage drywall frames that provide the ability to mount faceplates. I have to cut in some access holes for the PRV (about 10″ above household water cutoff), and also a couple of access holes for basement water and natural gas.
While making holes is easy, I need a solution that gives a finish look. Anyone know of anything? This would be akin to a tiny eletrical panel door.

Google "Drywall Access Door"
Google "Drywall Access Door" and you'll get a bazillion hits. Vendors offer many sizes and varieties.
I get stuff from these guys:

How big are the holes? will a 4x4 "low voltage" ring with a blank cover work? That is what we use for Ufer ground connections that have to remain accessable.

have you tried the big box stores? I get snap in plastic/vinyl covers at HD that work great for the intended purpose. From 6x6 to about 12x12 if memory serves me.
anything bigger than that, i put in a door of some sort.
