Has anyone a surefire way of cleaning up drywall/sheetrock dust? It’s gotten tracked over the steps and the driveway – and the bit of rain we had didn’t remove any. Heck, I’d hate to use a scrubbing brush on it all!

Garden hose will work when ther is not enough rain.

I've found that even spraying water is not enough, as it dries and leaves residue. Thanks, all the same. I shall try Piffin's suggestion.ciao for niao

If it is sticking too hard, remember that it is alkalinbe, so a wipe with white vinegar is acid enough to break the ionic bond - same true for most dirt on floors, as well as some odors caused by bacteria that can be knocked back by the acid environment.

OK, So then I'd have to subscribe to Fine Learning Magazine and hang out in the Staffstudio instead of sticking it out here;)

There's an attachment for a pressure washer that works like a floor buffer; a spinning circular bristled brush with a T handle. A good paint store or rental yard will rent them.....about $40 a day in my area if you have your own pressure washer.
After using it, you'll probably want one of your own.
Aha, sounds like work! Don't you ever wish things would come off as quickly as they went on? That someone would invent boots that stuck dust on them? Don't you ever wish that you could rent or buy holes and put them where you want?

What piffin says makes alot of sense. I have used a product called neutral cleaner for laminate floors and now I know why it works. I also use a wet vac. Mop it on, scrub and vac the water up.
Tx for the tipciao for niao
