Are drywall stilts legal everywhere? Are there restrictions on the height? I noticed a mudder using them on Mike Holmes New Orleans project and his feet must have been 4 feet off the floor.
You wouldn’t get me up on any that high, although I do remember a pretty funny action sequence in a Jackie Chan movie where they seemed pretty effective during fights.

To my knowledge it isn't a OSHA violation or anything. I've been to quite a bit OCEA training too. In a previous lifetime I was an insulator and spent many hrs on them. You get used to them and they are really quite easy to get around on just so there isn't debris laying all over. I could actually climb stairs etc. A littel tricky though to pick up a tool off the ground when you have them jacked way up....
Thank God OSHA doesn't allow stilts or ladders over 4' in my state. Makes work so much more comfortable but we are really running out of horizontal space quick.....
Dont allow ladders over 4'??? Seriously?
