I am about to begin building a Dutch Colonial home. Does anyone have any ides on how to cut the curves into the rafters efficiently. The plans call for close to 200 rafters with curves of between 5.5 and 19 feet radiuses. Any ideas would be welcome.

Full scale plywood templates and a jigsaw???????

Make a template first. Pencil a line on the rafter tail, cut with a skillsaw everything possible, leave the line if the tails will show. Cut the rest with a sabersaw, use Bosch progressor blades. If the tails have to be perfect, tack the template on, rout with a top bearing bit to flush up the cuts.
Another way can be done on a bandsaw with an elaborate setup, not practical except in a shop.
