electric heat under tile floor help
I’am installing an electric heat mat under a tile floor in a bathroom and i dammaged a wire. The manufacture says I have to use thier splice kit but it came witl no instructions. Has any one done this before?

I have easy warm floor. I tried calling but they colse alot earlier than I quit work( I'm on the west coast.) I was hoping for a quick answer but I guess I'll just wait for morning and call again.
that one takes the tool for the teflon wire...

Call the manufacturer and they will assist you. You want to do it their way if it's going to be buried under tile.
