I was visiting a friend the other day and when I went into his hallway he had a outlet which had a nightlite in the bottom half of his outlet. It was in the house when he bought it, and we do not know where it came from. I have searched the net for outlets like this, but have been unable to find one. Can anyone tell me of a company that makes this and other special outlets.

CAP a while back provided me with this link, look on page D-12 at the bottom...these look pretty snazzy and I called the company direct in HD on my cell phone. HD was suppose to get them in the following week at the time; six months later I still don't see them there!

Wiley,
Dang--no P&S lights! I wanted to see those stairway lights at your housewarming party! My supply house is stocking that fancy P&S line--oh well...
Thanks for providing the link; I'm going to bookmark it now.

Yeah Cliff, those would have been real slick, but would have required me putting in some extra boxes which you knew was on an inside shearwall; so I bailed on the idea. Still, I have two outlets in the stairway, and doggone it, I've twice bought and returned those little plug-in hallway/stairway censor lights to illuminate the stairway if I don't flip a light switch. The second time I returned them to HD, the cashier remarked something along the lines of, "Uh...yeah...we have had a lot of these returned." I don't know, I guess I could purchase five packets (a pair in each) and see if I can finally get two to work!
