What exactly do you want it to do. I might be able to write one in just a few minutes.

BB,
It is just a few simple 'if, then else' entries. Excell has a great help menu and a bunch of templates.

How much info needs to be on it? Is it for payroll or a basic tally of the projects' total hours, and does it need to account for each person?
If you try to make one yourself, the days should be in the rows (left side numbers) and the workers, additional expenses, etc should be across the top. The totals can be added for each day, weeks and the month. It's tedious but works well. Once you get it fine-tuned, you can save one and call it Blank Project Worksheet or something like that and when you need a new one, go to your folder with any other blank worksheets, open it, Save As_____ and keep a folder, named for each project.
