I’m building an exterior storage unit which will be permanently attached to the decking around the house. The unit will have drawers to store various gardening tools, charcoal, etc. I’m wondering if someone makes an exterior drawer glide that won’t rust. I’ve thought of wood glides but with expansion and contraction of the wood I don’t think that this would work. The storage units will not be waterproof. I will have waterproof containers that will sit in each drawer and can be removed/replaced as needed.

What about screwing strips of teflon or anopther high density plastic to the bottom of the drawers, and adding teflon to the opposing support. Build in enough wiggle room for seasonal changes, and it should work.
Do it right, or do it twice.
Accu glide makes some very serious full extension stainless slides [there is a difference between glide and slide]
Try this for both.
