I recently had a house built in TX and am having some areas redone where some incredibly sloppy work was done. These pics are located on the exterior of the garage door. The builder placed wood trim over the areas but did no type of sealing. The trim was just nailed on over what you see in the pictures. After removing the trim, there are large gaps present between the stone and framing of the garage. Any ideas on how to properly rectify this?
The longer length of these 3-in. stair gauges makes it easier to ensure an accurate layout when working with waned lumber.
