Fence Post Water Proofing Membranes-Sleeves?

My neighbor has a bug up and wants to replace a shared fence ASAP.
The current fence is a ridiculous mismash of T-111 siding that is leaning badly and looking horrible.
I remember reading about a prduct that is like window flashing but its a sleeve that a 4by4 fence post can be
inserted into and then it seals the bottom of the post to prevent rot.
I can’t for the life of me remember what its called and my google searches are going no where.
Has anybody used this product and can someone tell me what the heck its called and who makes it
so I can figure out if its worthwhile to try?
Its only a short 33.5′ section of fence so I’m only going to use 4 posts.
