Best has been from telling the guys al;ready working for that I am looking. neve had a problem that way. Thes are high production, High quality people, so they don't wanna see a looser on the job any more than i do. And they have lived here all their lives. Know all the good abd bad of the local talent.

Summer help-- med students--engineering students and there's always the trade colleges to recruit from. Some of the woodworking courses are fantastic for bringing up new talent. If they passed the course they are usually serious about it.
Of course having a busy flashy website always keeps a steady stream of resume's coming across your desk.
