Last fall I converted an outdoor deck into a three seasons room attached to the rear of my house, but ran out of time to finish the inside. It 16’ by 16’, with 4×4 posts every 4’. I built an 18†kneewall around the three open sides and put 6-1/2’ by 4’ windows between each post (except for a storm door). The exterior, which matches the house, has Nailite vinyl shingles covering the kneewalls and is trimmed with Azek white 1x stock. The floor is tongue and groove Timbertech on 2 x 10’s about 30″ above open ground. The roof is a 6’ gable with skylights and recessed lighting..
Before I install skirts, I’m wondering if I should do anything under the deck, like cover the ground or install rigid insulation under or between the floor joists. I may end up putting a carpet on the Timbertech.
I’m looking for suggestions for interior finish on the kneewalls, window trim and inside of the gable roof and end. I’ve got so much Azek on the exterior, I thought I’d like to see some wood. I first thought of tongue and groove knotty pine with a urathane finish, and a friend recommended t&G ash finished with bleaching oil. I’d welcome any recommendations. Thanks.

sobriety is the root cause of dementia.
The Insulate and Weatherize book in the Build Like a Pro series has information about insulating a floor like the one you describe. I made an enclosed porch on the front of my house finished space/3 season room. So far I have fiberglass batts under the floor with the VB up. I used landscape fabric to cover the underside of the floor to make sure that the batts don't fall. I covered the ground with 6mil plastic and sealed the side along the house to the foundation wall a couple inches below the floor joists with silicon caulk. I used 2" foam board covered in the landscaping fabric to create skirt walls on the 3 sides. 2 of the 3 sides are done so far.
At one point I considered covering the underside of the joists with plywood, plank boards, or rigid foam board and sealing the joints, but I haven't made a decision on that yet. Waiting to decide on that before I seal up that 3rd side with the foam board.
Lattice is going in front of the foam board when it's all done.
