Door from attached garage to house is supposed to have 20 min fire rating per local inspector.
When I went to the Orange Box, stock Steel 6 panel Insulated Exterior is represented as satisfying 20 min requirement. But it doesn’t have label on it. Door cost is $117.
I can order a Door, with the Label, represented as the exact same Door & Jamb, but it will cost $205. It’s from same manufacturer and aside from label said to be indistinguishable from that in stock.
Clerk at Millwork desk says that local inspectors don’t require label.
Suggestions? Is there really any difference?
Thanks!

I don't know if there's a difference, but I doubt it.
My inspector didn't require a sticker. He told me to use steel clad or solid core exterior door. If I were you, I would check with the inspector. I think they would be glad to know you're taking every step to make sure things are right.
