Last winter another carpenter (not me) installed Color-Loc siding on an older home. He didn’t leave any gap around doors or windows. Now that the temps are in the 90’s, the siding is applying pressure to the windows and doors. Short of removing and recutting each piece what are my options? I’m thinking of trying to cut them in place, but am afraid of cutting the vinyl nailing flange of the new windows.
