Help! I have two thousand board feet of 1x12x10′ monterey cypress snickered in my garage. It’s gorgeous, clean, tight grained. How can I dry it faster, any tips for laying it, experience with treatments, do I build my own kiln, etc. etc. I have an opportunity to mill another ten thousand board feet from four more ancient trees PG&I wants to cut down on my property line. Please, send info. It’d be greatly appreciated.
