Yes - there is an outfit in PA that does mail order. I bought one of their knives & it is the greatest thing since night baseball! Cuts the XPS like soft butter. Does an accurate job, also. They sell a bunch of standard sized "blades" and you can buy long, flat stock that you can bend to any shape you want. I recommend buying some of each. I bent a couple pieces of flat stock to my shape, and they work wonders. No trashy foam flying all over the place. Called Winlock or Windlock. They have a website. They sell a kit that contains several pieces of equipment, the knife plus several sanding tools shaped like trowels that take the XPS down very easily.
The gear is /was a bit pricey, but well worth the cost if you are cutting more than 1 box hole or a long channel for a piece of Romex to feed the box.

How far upstate are you, Mr T? As far up as me? I am in Essex County, and a Clinton County foundation builder is doing a whole lotta ARXX work here.

Check out Wind-Lock tools. They have the widest selection of foam tools. Primarily for the EIFS industry but they're coming around to the ICF market too.
