ICF Rough framing cost vs. conventional. ICF firm installs ICF and my crew frames out joists, interiors, & roof. I am looking for approximate $/ft difference between conventional framing vs. ICF. This house comes in at about $7.15/ft conventional.

I can't answer the question but the guys at http://www.ICFWEB.com will be able to.
If you note similar past threads, you will notice that framing costs varies across the country from $2.50 to $16/ft
So there is little consistancy - the variation for non-conventional hybrid work like this will probably have an even wider swing.
You are expecting the frame to be less I'll bet, but probably it won't be too much less, depending what is included. For instance,
What is the ext siding? maybe you need to add strapping for that detail first - maybe need strapping inside too. Now you have spent almost as much as framing a conventional wall.
Then get to attaching trusses. Fitting that plate can get hairy...
