We have an old house with thick stone foundation that makes it difficult to reach all the way back to the beam. Even though it’s pointed up pretty well there is still infiltration. I’m considering spray foaming it from the floorboards to about 2′ below grade. Water does run in through the stones sometimes, but only near the bottom.
Any foreseeable problems and any recommendations on DIY kits that are best.
