Happy new and “square” year.
Hi Guys.
Remember the self aligning sliding square?
After 10s of prototypes and 100 “eureka the wrong”
The answer was so simple, that I thought I post it here.
4 pins. Drilling and tapping, even on the CNC
was making the square off by +-1/16″ on 8 feet.
Now, we have the first ever…self aligning- sliding-DEAD/ Fence/Square.
Enjoy the simplicity. you can see the four pins on the first photo.

Whats that Dino, a line bore? How many holes at a time will it drill?
And, how much you gonna soak us for that gizmo! Or is in even available?
I have a few Lepta's left over!
Doug
Yap.
This is the gizmo 32.
2 holes at 32mm at once.
You use your drill and your Smart router kit with
a special base and a kit that you add on to the smart router.
You can do all the line drilling for doors, drawers and cabinet sides.
You need to drill holes into your guide rail with a provided template
or you can get another guide rail predrilled.
The whole kit, including the gizmo, the gizmo base and the adaptor for the router kit should be less than $110.00
The Sliding square less than $59.00
The applications of the smart guide system with the sliding square are endless.
Imagine installing tiles with a true sliding square. You just can't go wrong.
more on that later.
Now that we have the self aligning feature we will install a miter gauge on the square and have it all.

You are a very evil Greek. You finally perfect a useful tool, and even show pictures here, and then you say it isn't available.
