Hello all, I am new to this forum but have enjoyed reading the discussions. I have been told that we are one of the only cities left (Kansas City, Missouri) that frames our exterior walls near completion on the deck. We will frame and square the wall and then install the exterior siding, soffit, subfascia, fascia, windows and any other trim details while it is on the deck. It seems like it would be harder to do it off ladders or lifting equipment after the wall is in place. I would appreciate any comments you might have as this is a discussion me and my employees have had a number of times. Thank you Mike
