Been away awhile, the old place sure looks different!
Looking at a bit of work involving an entry/porch that is exposed to the elements but is also over the foundation outline of the house (full basement). Lot’s of these here in Buffalo, sometimes with just a roof/deck overhead, sometimes with a true second floor overhead. Seems like a terrible idea for anywhere but a desert climate, but like I said, lots of them here.
Existing porch floor is fiber-glassed plywood. Even better, it’s sloping in towards the door, but the cast stone steps limit how much I can do to change that without messing the riser height up.
I’m more concerned with getting a decent waterproof envelope combined with an esthetically pleasing flooring…..
Anyone ever tackled one of these?

I think a lot of us couldn't quite parse what you want to know. If the floor is already glassed, what do you want to do with it?
