We just installed our first FPSF and am looking for information from anyone who has experience with them. We just finished framing it. So far it has went extremely well, but I have a few questions about flooring. Has anyone complained about cold floors? We insulated beneath the concrete and am planning on putting vinyl flooring in bathrooms, etc. Is there an underlayment that would add R-value and cushion to the vinyl floor?
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,
Yes. You can add a 4mm cork underlayment before the vinyl.
If you're concerned about the slab being cold, you can also install cork tiles or floating floors in the rest of your house and this will give you a warm floor.
