BTW, the Braselton News was sending out free copies to try and stir of newspaper business (yeah, I know, in this 21st century of electronic communications). Anyway, one of the three is now reported as dead. Doubtful things will change one bit.

In GA, track builders are above the law.
Often during the framing process the wall sheathing is put on during the later stages by the helpers. Perhaps this was the case - it certainly sounds like it, and as we know a conventially framed house has very little strength without it's sheer panels in place.
