Has anybody seen any nice outdoor garbage storage shed plaans/ideas. There are obviously the rubbermaid storage sheds but I have a client that has a nice home and wants something a bit nicer. Thanks

I would have to know the style of the house and the layout of the area for garbage storage to have any useful idea.

Not sure there's much in the way of options here. Either a cabinet built into the side of the house, or a shed roof unit attached to the side of the house, standing about 4" tall.
If you wanted to get fancy, I suppose, you could make it look like an entrance door, even put a portico above it, columns, the works. Or go to the other extreme and make an "invisible" door in the side of the house.
Whatever, be sure that the walls connecting with the house are tightly sealed and vermin proof, and make the space well-ventilated. Consider adding an actual vent pipe running up through the roof, to maximize convective flow through the area.

I don't know what "nice home" means. But something to complement it is I guess what is needed.
B/4 the forum change somebody.......did a post in I believe the photo gallery folder. You might try a search here.............
or just peruse that folder.
Was late fall I think.
He added something to the side of the garage to hold/hide the cans. Believe it was a sort of fence/gate affair.......
Man, with help like this-who needs enemies.
Here you go. As usual, forget the search (i think). It just sat there with the hour glass......spinning.........
But I took a couple looks into the gallery and found the thread.
As is the case with many of the photo threads (if not all), no pictures. These rat bastards and their new improved site.
But a guy named paul johnson posted as hipaul. Here's a link to his site and the "arbor/gate" that is meant to hide the cans/recycle/yardwaste next to the garage. It's not a box to stick it in, but a nice gate arrangement to keep it out of view from the front of the house.
Nice work if it doesn't seem to be what you want. Take a look.

an extra Beemer parked next to th e house should do th e trick
Heck, just pull an old pickup up onto the lawn beside the garage, and dump the garbage in there. Cut out the middleman.
Doubles yer work. Just get'cha 3-4 55 gal drums, punch some holes in the sides near the bottom, and dump yer trash in there and burn it.
What doesn't burn goes in a gully out back, or in the PU so's you can haul it to an unlocked dumpster.
