Client and architect asking for best performing, most authentic gas fireplace units for installation in new home on the drawing board. I’ve installed heatilator and Heat-n-glo, but that was years ago. Any recommendations?

At PCBC Rinnai had some nice vented gas units the kind with the double walled intake-exhaust pipe with zero clearance to combustibles.

Put one in my own home a couple years ago. Absolutely love it.
Alotta folks have no idea its gas till I tell 'em.
The zero clearance direct venting is dynamite. You can put them virtually anywhere.
