I finally got the chance to try out my new ring saw! I love it! It’s so much quieter than my Dewalt 24000, and because the blade is double edged, I”m able to cut both pushing and pulling. After reading the rant in the archives, I thought I’d been duped, but I am a very satisfied customer. I actually posted a question regarding my current tile installation since it included installing white wainscott throughout a masterbath, where the floor is seriously out of level. I’ve had to cut off a 1/16″-1/8″ of tile sometimes, and this saw cuts incredibly. My regular saw’s blade would bend, making the cut almost impossible. I love this saw!!
Anyone else have any input regarding the Gemini Revolution Ring Saw?

Glad to see the tile industry has caught up to the art glass industry. We have had both a ring saw and band saw for cutting stained glass for 7 or 8 years. I have used both at various time for tile work.
Did you get an extra diamond blade when you bought the saw? It is a good idea to have one on hand. I had to pay overnight shipping cost, plus the high cot of the blade, for one in the middle of my last tile job because the blade wore out and made following the cut line impossible. I also order extra o rings. They wear preety fast when cutting tile.
