To All, I have been building for several years on a fairly small scale and took a couple of years off to go back to school. I am thinking about ramping things up again this summer and want to do it right and tight . Can anyone reccomend a good book that might help me set up my new company in a more efficient manner. I have seen several and was wondering if one is well known as THE book for getting started. I do primarily Historic Preservation and high end remodeling of older homes. I appreciate any and all advice. Jay
