Remodelling a bathroom
My wife found a picture in a kitchen & bath magazine that shows a series of single glass blocks set into the wall. The block is recessed into the wall; there is no apparent frame. What would be the sill plate of a typical window appears to be drywall that is joined (taped & mudded, I suppose) to the drywall that that forms the wall. There is none of the usual trim used.
Hoping someone can fill in the blanks. Is there some wood used here but cleverly concealed?

Probably
More than likely it was framed to rcv. the blocks, drywalled with a return to the face of the block, using L bead to create a nice line on the block. Normal corner bead for the return. How was the exterior trimmed-if there was a picture of that.
Where did the block go? between counter and upper cab?
