I’ve been using con-sert anchors for a long time and am down to one bit. Just bent one leaning on it to much. The screws are 1/4″ and the bits are 1/8″. http://www.dfsusa.com/concrete_con_sert_screws.asp
I’d like to buy a half dozen of the bits but want high quality only. I went through a lot of them on this project. I’m not sure but the concrete slab seems to have rock in it that is harder than I remember. My bits don’t like it.
Anyone have a source for 1/8″ high quality bits?

I try some. Maybe I can get some localy without shipping costs. Does HD have them? I'll look next time I go. I just don't want to order some to have them be soft crummy bits.

Hilti.
If you see the carbide on them, you'll know why they cost so much. But, Oh Boy, do they last.

Bosch blue granite tips...Home desparate sells 'em.
I just bought a Hilti hammer drill from HD It came with three bits. The smallest one is 1/4" and it really eats concrete.
The bits are very expensive and may not be available in smaller sizes.

I went to the Hilti website and couldn't find them. I've owned a few Hiltis in my time. Good tools and bits.
I use my SDS Plus for almost any masonry drilling harder than mortar joints. Not only is it a heck of a lot faster, but the bits seem to be way better quality. As for brand, I like Bosch and Hilti. They seem to keep a point a long time and don't snap as easy. They don't bend.
