Good quality grout sealer???
Greetings All!
I’m looking a grout sealer that will work well on light colored grout in floor tile. I’ve recently been through numerous applications with different cleaning products, to get the dirt out of the grout, and I don’t want go though that again.
When the clean grout gets wet it changes color, from almost white to tan. And it takes many hours of dry air circulation to return the grout to its original light color. Of course this color change isn’t acceptable so it needs to be well sealed.
Thanks for your help, past and present, Peter

Like I mentioned to you in an email, I've used from Bostik-Silox. and from Hydoment-(just went out a looked in the shop to clarify that name) and it's got Bostik's name on it also. Been satisfied on our 1200+ sf of tile for 20 yrs. Of course I've twice crawled (maybe 3 times) on my knees with a grout brush and white vinegar and most recently a grout cleaner from Custom. Both were clear. Our grout is not white however.
and again, I wash the floors with white vinegar and water, never use soap or soap products as I do believe they attract and hold dirt to the rough grout surface.
Thanks Calvin
I'll look for that product.

I see that Jeff Buck mentions Gold Seal I think it was.
I don't think you'll go wrong with that either. Have never used it but do remember others giving it the thumbs up also.
