I am laying some 3 x 6 Subway Tiles, that traditionally have little or no grout line. What is the minimum grout line I can leave. Thanks in advance.

I think that minimum space depends on each grout's requirements due to the size of ingredients (sanded grout for floors requires a larger grout line, but an-sanded grout for walls can be used for smaller grout lines). Go to your tile supplier, tell them where the tiles are being used and that you want minimal grout spaces. They'll point you to the grout with the smallest/finest ingredients that can be used in that application (and therefore the smallest possible grout lines).
